Ivan Rakitic’s future at Barcelona keeps making headlines even though the midfielder keeps saying he’s happy at the club and wants to continue.
There were reports last week that Inter Milan are preparing a big offer for the Croatian, and so his agent Arturo Canales has been asked about the 30-year-old’s future.
“u200bIvan leaves Spain in the summer? It’s an impossible scenario,” he apparently told website PassioneInter.
Rakitic’s current contract expires in 2021 and reports have claimed he’s in talks with the club over extending his current deal.
