There may not be a funnier unveiling all summer. Partick Thistle unleashed its new mascot on the world this Monday and it didn't take long for Twitter to work its magic.
It's difficult to explain exactly what the mascot is, but we know how it was spawned. To cut a long story short, a managing member of an investment advisory firm met a Thistle-supporting-Turner-Prize-nominated artist several years ago. The end product is this creature, now the actual logo of the company which will also feature on the team's shirts next season.
