Wojciech Szcesny has said he’s “ready” to play for Barcelona ahead of Sunday’s La Liga clash against Sevilla.
The Poland international has been in training for the last few weeks after coming out of retirement and is now aiming to make his debut with the Catalan club.
“Yes, I’ve been preparing these two weeks to be ready. If I play or not it’s the manager’s decision that I have to respect. But I’m training to play the game and, mentally, I’m already ready,” he told TV3.
“Of course, the first days were hard from a physical point of view and especially the goalkeepers who work alone and it is not very fun.
