Ibrahimovic frustrated as Sweden fades in playoff win

Zlatan Ibrahimovic was pleased to score in Sweden's playoff win over Denmark but felt his side could have improved on a 2-1 advantage.

Sweden star Zlatan Ibrahimovic bemoaned his team letting rival Denmark back into their Euro 2016 playoff tie on Saturday.

Ibrahimovic netted a 50th-minute penalty after Emil Forsberg's fine opener on the stroke of halftime at the Friends Arena in Solna.

Sweden briefly threatened to chalk up an imposing advantage but it faded nervously as the clock wound down.

Denmark substitute Nicolai Jorgensen netted from close range with 10 minutes remaining to make it 2-1, reducing the aggregate deficit ahead of the second leg in Copenhagen on Tuesday.
