Huddersfield Town have confirmed that the weekend's match against Manchester United will be their last at the John Smith's Stadium with chairman Dean Hoyle at the helm, having finalised the sale of the club to Phil Hodgkinson.
Hoyle has helped guide the club up the leagues and into the Premier League – where they have played their last two seasons of football – and will remain on the board of directors for next season's Championship campaign.
