Only two players based in Europe will be eligible for Mexico's friendly Tuesday against the United States, with Hirving Lozano, Erick Gutierrez and Guillermo Ochoa not traveling to Nashville.
All three players took part in Mexico's 4-1 loss Friday to Uruguay but will fly back to Europe from Houston rather than make the trip to Tennessee for the second match of the FIFA window.
Ochoa was the starting goalkeeper for the World Cup and played all 90 minutes of the loss to Uruguay, conceding a pair of set-piece goals to a phenomenal Luis Suarez.
Gutierrez played an hour of the contest, though PSV directors may have been nervous while watching.
