Here's the club's official statement.
"FC Barcelona and the player Héctor Fort have reached an agreement for the extension of his contract, tying him to the Club until 30 June 2026.
"The blaugrana defender has signed a new contract this Tuesday accompanied by FC Barcelona president, Joan Laporta; first vice president, Rafa Yuste; the director responsible for Youth Football, Joan Soler; and Club sporting director Deco.
