Several MLS teams have capitalized on the return of "Star Wars" hysteria with promotions centered around the film franchise, but the third-tier Harrisburg City Islanders have taken that fandom to another level.
The USL side wore uniforms designed for the club's Star Wars Night promotion Tuesday, with the jerseys featuring an image of the droid R2-D2.

The Force, however, was not with the Islanders — they settled for a 1-1 draw at home against the Bethlehem Steel, leaving Harrisburg five points out of the final Eastern Conference playoff spot with just three games remaining.
