Barcelona coach Hansi Flick spoke about Ilkay Gundogan and Lamine Yamal after Saturday’s win over Valencia.
Gundogan missed the game at Mestalla amid speculation he’s actually asked to leave Barcelona this summer.
Flick says he has spoken to Gundogan about his future and expects him to stay at the club.
“I spoke with him to know how he feels ahead of the season. I know him very well,” he told reporters.
“I appreciate the player and the person he is. We spoke about everything, but it will stay between us, it’s not for you to know.
