Hansi Flick is due to fly to Barcelona on Tuesday and will sign his contract as the club’s new manager on Wednesday, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The former Bayern and Germany boss will sign a two-year deal at the Camp Nou and take over from Xavi who has departed after Sunday’s win over Sevilla.
Flick is thought to have been eager to manage Barcelona for some time now and will finally be granted his wish this week.
We should then hopefully hear from the club’s new manager, and his plans for the team, when he’s officially unveiled later this week.
