Barcelona’s European path for the rest of this season was revealed on Friday as the Blaugrana learned they will face Benfica in the Round of 16 of the Champions League.
The full bracket for the rest of the knockout stage was also set on Friday’s draw, and Barça know they could possibly face the likes of Borussia Dortmund, Bayern Munich, Bayer Leverkusen and Inter Milan on their way to the Final.
Hansi Flick was asked about the draw in a press conference on Friday and made it clear he’s taking the matchup with Benfica very seriously, especially given the madness when these two met earlier in the competition.
