Hansi Flick was a very happy man after collecting his first title as Barcelona boss with an emphatic 5-2 win over Real Madrid at the Spanish Super Cup.
The German coach oversaw another impressive victory over Barca’s biggest rivals and was incredibly proud of his players afterwards.
Here’s what he had to say:
“I’m very proud of the players, the club, the fans. It was a fantastic game, we reacted to Madrid’s first goal and then continued very well,” he told reporters.
“We have to learn from every game. We can still do better things, we have a young team, some weeks we haven’t played well, the situation in the league is not good, but we talk about these things in the dressing room.
