LONDON -- The verbal jousting after Saturday's one-sided match at Stamford Bridge was marking territory for next season.
As usual, there was plenty of needle between United and Chelsea fans separated by police on the Fulham Broadway flashpoint. Chelsea's home is hemmed in by the road where away coaches are lined up after the match. Stamford Bridge's lack of space for development extends to the Broadway, which becomes packed. With both sets of fans let out of the stadium at the final whistle, the United coaches are quickly surrounded by Chelsea supporters and not all of them are tourists with selfie sticks.
