Great defensive display from Pumas earns them a point in Monterrey.

Pumas ended a streak of losing every match in Estadio BBVA when they held Monterrey to a 0-0 tie. With a great defensive display, Pumas was able to stifle a Monterrey side that came flying high after winning the Clasico Regio on Saturday but wasn’t able to break thru. Pumas continue a streak of 6 matches without a loss but it will be tested when they return home to face leaders Cruz Azul while Monterrey will have a tough away visit against current Liga MX champions, Club America.

The 1st half started with Pumas coming out with Jorge Ruvalcaba instead of the suspended Cesar Huerta.
