Barcelona are reportedly one of several top clubs interested in signing Rapid Vienna midfielder Yusuf Demir.
ESPN report that Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Dortmund and Manchester City are all keen on the 17-year-old whose contract with the Austrian side expires in 2022.
The clubs have all been scouting Demir and Rapid Vienna are expecting a ‘bidding war’ to break out at the end of the season.
Given the fact Barca are pretty well-stocked for midfielders and have huge debts it’s a little surprise to see the club’s name thrown in the mix here.
