Mzimela opened the scoring, before Mabena doubled Dikwena's advantage on the stroke of half-time, but it was his second goal that sealed the win
Goalkeeper Mbongeni Mzimela brought the world of football to his feet after scoring twice to inspire Platinum Stars to a 3-2 aggregate win over Vipers SC in the first round of the Caf Confederation Cup.
The 31-year-old kept his calm on two separate occasions to convert two spot-kicks, and help Dikwena overturn a 1-0 first leg defeat suffered in Uganda last weekend.
Mzimela has now scored three goals in his last two matches for the Rustenburg-based club, having scored against his former club AmaZulu in the Nedbank Cup on Wednesday.
