Germany coach Silvia Neid commented on the recent details regarding the United States goalkeeper's arrest.
Germany women's soccer coach Silvia Neid is happy she doesn't have to put up with the off-field distractions of U.S. goalkeeper Hope Solo.
Neid spoke with USA Today Sports about the recent ESPN report that details what happened the night Solo allegedly beat up her sister, Teresa Obert, and Obert's 17-year-old son. The German coach spoke through a translator, but the message was pretty clear.
"I'm happy that my players do not have the same off-field lifestyle," she said.
