On Friday, Mexico National Team coach Gerardo Martino released his first call up since taking over El Tri. The list will be for a mini camp that will be held from February 10 to the 13th in preparation for the friendlies to be played on March 22 and 26 against Chile and Paraguay respectively, which will be Martino’s debut with the National team. They players will be training in the Centro de Alto Rendimiento (CAR) in Mexico City.
Because of the European season, all players called up were from Liga MX. Among the surprises is the first call up for Atlas Juan Pablo Vigon and young star Carlos Rodriguez from Monterrey.
