What an absolutely breathtaking second half after a very sloppy first-45 minutes as Milan somehow manage to overturn the 1-0 deficit and hang on at the Luigi Ferraris for a 2-1 victory. Schone’s free-kick four minutes before the half was wiped away thanks to a Hernandez strike six minutes after the restart. Second-half substitute Rafael Leao looked incredibly dangerous and won his side a penalty after Biraschi’s handball inside the area; an infringement which also saw the substitute shown a red card. Kessie converted the spot-kick and Milan attempted to calm the match down, and settle for an easy victory.
