Garry Monk has been sacked as the manager of Swansea City following a poor run of results which sees the south Wales outfit placed a lowly 15thin the Premier League table.

The Welsh side have endured a terrible run of results of late, most recently losing 3-0 to Leicester City.
Monk took over at the Liberty Stadium in February 2014 as successor to Michael Laudrup.
