Galaxy forward Bradford Jamieson IV has been named to the U.S. team for this month’s U-20 World Cup in New Zealand.
Jamieson, 18, has been called up previously for the U-20 team, most recently last winter when he helped the U.S. qualify for the World Cup by finishing third in the CONCACAF championships. Earlier this season Jamieson scored his first Major League Soccer goal for the Galaxy in a 1-1 draw with the New York Red Bulls.
The monthlong U-20 World Cup begins May 30 and will be played among 24 countries at seven sites in New Zealand.
