Frenkie de Jong’s agent, Ali Dursun, has offered a fresh update on the Barcelona midfielder’s future amid speculation about a future move to the Saudi Pro League.
Diario AS are reporting that Dursun has been exploring options in Saudi Arabia, but he has rejected such talk out of hand.
“Talks in Saudi Arabia?” he told De Telegraaf.
“Total nonsense. It distracts from Frenkie’s real ambition. He only wants one thing: to be fit to shine longer at the club he loves and where he feels at home.”
De Jong’s future does remain a talking point in the Spanish press.
