Turkish giants Fenerbahce are interested in signing Cardiff striker Kenneth Zohore after Islam Slimani's poor start to the season, according to reports in Turkey.
Slimani, who is on loan from Leicester, has scored just once in nine league appearances for Erwin Koeman's side, and was sent off for two bookable offences against Ankaragücü last month, meaning that he missed the Istanbul derby against Galatasaray.
According to Fotomac, Fenerbahce are already losing patience with Slimani and could terminate his loan in January, sending him back to the King Power Stadium six months early.
It is believed that Zohore is on the shortlist to replace Slimani at the u015eükrü Saracou011flu Stadium, with sporting director Damien Comolli reportedly meeting with the Dane's agent to discuss a potential move.
