The Uruguayan national team began their Copa América campaign by defeating Ecuador 4-0 at the Mineirao stadium in Belo Horizonte. It was a match in which Barça striker, Luis Suárez, was the protagonist, scoring a goal and assisting another. Óscar Tabárez’s side had control of the game at all times and soon scored through Lodeiro, who was able to dribble past three defenders after a wonderful Suárez cross.
