Fabian Johnson scores for Monchengladbach in Champions League

The U.S. national teamer gave his side an early advantage against last season's defeated finalist.

U.S. international Fabian Johnson scored his first ever Champions League goal in Borussia Monchengladbach's match with Juventus on Tuesday.

After a poor Juventus clearance in the 18th minute, Raffael collected the ball and teed up Johnson, who finished low into the corner for the game's first goal.
