On Monday morning, South Africa woke up to the devasted news of the passing of former journalists and football analyst David Kekana.
Kekana, a veteran sports journalist with the Sunday Times, was employed by the public broadcaster, the SABC, at the time of his death.
According to a statement released by the family, Kekana passed away on Sunday after a long battle with diabetes.
