Maritzburg United upset SuperSport United 3-1 in an amazing fighting display to keep their hopes of remaining in the PSL alive.
United are still at the bottom of the table but this victory sees them just a point behind three clubs Black Leopards, Free State Stars and Chippa United. Baroka FC has two points more than United.
Maritzburg play Baroka in their final game of the season next week and if they win this away game, while the other three clubs fail to win, then the KwaZulu-Natal club will survive in the PSL.
