The Eva Carneiro and Jose Mourinho issue isn't going away for Chelsea. The former team doctor criticised by Mourinho following the opening day of the Premier League season is pursuing legal damages and reinstatement.
The official date for Carneiro's case against Mourinho and the Blues has now been set for early 2016, according to Sky Sports News HQ Twitter:

She was suspended from the dugout after Mourinho criticised his medical staff for entering the pitch in Chelsea's season-opening 2-2 draw with Swansea City at Stamford Bridge.
