Euro 2016 Qualifying Results: Sunday's Scores, Group Tables, Upcoming Fixtures

The teams in Groups D, F and I reached the conclusion of the Euro 2016 qualifying campaign on Sunday, with Germany, Poland and Albania joining the list of squads that have already qualified. Ireland, Denmark and Hungary finished third in their respective groups and will move to the play-offs.

Ireland lost 2-1 in Poland, ending their bid to pass the Poles in the standings, and the hosts nearly overtook Germany at the top of Group D as well, as the world champions needed a late winner to beat Georgia 2-1.

Scotland cruised past Gibraltar, winning 6-0, while Portugal beat Serbia 21 in a lively encounter.
