Ernesto Valverde praised Barcelona’s defence and attack after watching his team thrash Huesca 8-2 at the Camp Nou on Sunday.
Huesca took a shock lead inside three minutes through Juan Camilo Hernandez. Barcelona hit back to move 3-1 up before Alex Gallar scored again for the Liga newcomers.
The second half was a different story as Barca romped to victory, and I got Valverde’s thoughts at his post-match press conference.
“I’m happy not only with Barça’s offensive but also defensive effort. Huesca only had two chances which they managed to convert.”
