A Mexican media outlet has published documents showing the Chivas and Houston Dynamo forward is the subject of a sexual assault investigation.
Erick "Cubo" Torres, the Chivas forward who is set to join the Houston Dynamo after the end of Chivas' Liga MX campaign, has been formally accused of sexual assault, according to documents obtained by Mexican daily Cancha.
The incident took place during an April 22 party in Zapopan where several Chivas players were present. The complaint says Torres and a woman went to a room in the hotel where the party was taking place. The woman told authorities, according to Cancha, she felt strange and dizzy after taking shots prepared by Torres.
