EPL Table: 2016 Standings After Tuesday's Week 28 Results and Top Scorers

Everton's Romelu Lukaku overtook Leicester City's Jamie Vardy at the top of the Premier League scoring charts on Tuesday in a night when Vardy and the leaders were held at home.
