Eduardo Vargas looks to put Mexico game in the past

The Chilean striker managed to score a remarkable four goals in the Copa America Centenario quarterfinal but is hoping to achieve greater things.

CHICAGO — Despite crushing Mexico 7-0 to arrive in the Copa America Centenario semifinal, Chile is looking to leave that match in the past.

Eduardo Vargas scored four goals in that win with Edson Puch adding two and Alexis Sanchez also scoring. But while that blowout victory has filled Chile with confidence, the Hoffenheim forward said it will mean little if Chile doesn't approach Wednesday's semifinal against Colombia in the right way.
