Most Chelsea fans might be finding it hard to remember their Premier League success last season, but one has been sent some help from a Blues star, reported the Mirror.
Eden Hazard heard the story of Chelsea fan Vladimir Howard, who suffered amnesia after being the victim of an assault in November, and he reached out to the 36-year-old by sending him a signed DVD recapping their 2014-15 season.

As a result of the attack, Bermondsey carpenter Howard was no longer able to remember the Blues' Premier League and League Cup double last term and had to take to the internet to watch replays of the side's matches.
