Finally, Didier Drogba has landed in Major League Soccer
The Ivorian striker made something of a false start in the Impact's home loss to Philadelphia two weeks ago, when he came on for a 30-minute appearance. His limited influence on that particular game wasn't followed up by anything for two weeks, as Drogba nursed a small injury that kept him out of the lineup for his new team.
Maybe it was worth the wait. Making his first-ever start for Montreal against the Fire on Saturday, Drogba announced himself with a bang by scoring three times in the Impact's 4-3 come-from-behind win at Stade Saputo.
