David Villa will not come back to NYCFC in 2019 as the Spanish striker will leave the club at the end of the year, he will play one more year with another club.
The former Spain international and World Cup champion leaves becoming NYCFC's main focal point, on and off the pitch since joining in June 2014.
He scored 80 goals in 124 appearances for the club.
