Silva Lasts Just Minutes Against Luxembourg

The midfield maestro suffered a knock seven minutes into Spain's qualifier against Luxembourg and was in too much pain to carry on, eventually coming off for Manchester United's Juan Mata, per Manchester City's official Twitter account. Colin Udoh of ESPN noted its an ankle injury.
Silva has struggled with a few minor knocks early in the 2015-16 campaign, and his absence was keenly felt in the 2-1 loss against West Ham United—City's first defeat of the Premier League season.
