José Manuel Rodríguez Uribes, the president of the CSD, has given a new interview where he’s shared his thoughts on the registration saga surrounding Barcelona stars Dani Olmo and Pau Victor.
The duo have been cleared to play for the rest of the season by the CSD, although La Liga has appealed the decision and called for “precautionary measures” to be taken.
Uribes says La Liga president Javier Tebas is wrong to call for the two players to effectively be banned from playing for Barcelona and says the CSD’s decision is correct.
“We resolved an appeal filed by Barça and the players, and we did it with strictly legal criteria,” he told El Chiringuito.
