When Barcelona announced their new mega-deal with Nike last week, it looked as though all of their financial issues had been solved and things would run smoothly again in regards to their infamous player registration issues.
But a new report from Catalan media claims the Catalans are still €50 million short in their accounts for this season, and could risk losing new signing Dani Olmo for the rest of the season because of it.
Olmo’s registration runs only through December 31st, and his status must be resolved by the end of January to ensure he can play La Liga matches for the entire 2024-25 campaign.
