Criscito: Barcelona will win Champions League again because they are on another level

In an exclusive interview with Goal, the Italian defender argues that while there are many great sides in Europe, the Catalans are on another level than everyone else.

Zenit fullback Domenico Criscito believes that while there are many great teams in the Champions League, Barcelona's "extra-terrestrials" will fire the Catalans to a historic second successive title.

The Blaugrana lifted the trophy last year, defeating Juventus 3-1 in the final in Berlin, but no side has retained the European Cup since it was rebranded in 1992.

Criscito is obviously hoping that Zenit, which will play Benfica in the first leg of their last-16 tie on Tuesday, can go all the way this season - not least because such an achievement would undoubtedly boost his hopes of forcing his way back into the Italy squad for Euro 2016.
