The Gold Cup has come and gone, and the 2015 edition of the CONCACAF championship won't be remembered too fondly.
Refereeing decisions, bad behavior and poor fields have led some to disregard the whole thing.
The real issue is that no matter which bureaucrats are at the helm, CONCACAF is far more worried in making money than keeping teams happy or developing the sport.
