Despite media reports in Zimbabwe suggesting Maritzburg United have signed Chicken Inn striker Clive Augusto, the Team of Choice chairman Farook Kadodia has confirmed the deal is not yet done.
This comes after the coach of the Zimbabwean Premier Soccer League club, Joey Antipas, confirmed to reporters Augusto has moved on to join coach Eric Tinkler’s side.
However, Kadodia has explained that the Harare-born star is yet to join his club, but is training with the side.

“We are still negotiating with Clive. We have not signed him as yet, but he’s training with the team and being assessed by the technical team,” Kadodia told Goal.
