Juve relayed the extent of Marchisio's injury on Tuesday, indicating that the Italy international would be sidelined for almost three weeks: "Claudio Marchisio will be sidelined for approximately 20 days after medical examinations revealed a first-grade proximal myotendinous junction tear in his right rectus femoris muscle. The midfielder missed out on training today and will now commence his rehabilitation programme.
