Chivas came back from going down with early goal to get a 3-2 victory over Necaxa. After a lousy first half, Chivas improved considerably to change the match and add another victory at home and their second under interim coach, Arturo Ortega. Chivas will travel for a match against struggling Puebla while Necaxa will have a tough match at home against Toluca.
The 1st half started with Chivas coming out with Luis Rey taking the place of the injured Antonio Briseño. Roberto Alvarado got off a left footed shot that went wide. Off a corner kick, Jose Paradela got off a great cross that almost went into an “Olimpico” as Chivas’ goalkeeper, Raul Rangel blocked the ball but left it there.
