The manager will use a 4-4-2 formation against Honduras, trying something different than his usual 5-3-2.
Miguel Herrera will begin Wednesday's friendly against Honduras in a different formation than his traditional 5-3-2.
"I don't have doubts about the 5-3-2, but we have to try the 4-4-2. It seems a lot of people like it," Herrera said in a news conference Tuesday.
Guillermo Ochoa will start in goal with a four-man back line of right back Paul Aguilar, center backs Maza Rodriguez and Diego Reyes and left back Miguel Layun in front of him. Carlos Esquivel moves into the starting lineup with Jose Juan "Gallito" Vazquez, Hector Herrera and Andres Guardado also in the midfield.
