Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is reportedly still keen to sign Real Madrid forward Alvaro Morata, who is said to have nearly made the decision to leave his current club in the summer. Meanwhile, AS Roma's Kostas Manolas has advised team-mate Radja Nainggolan to join the Blues.
According to Tomas Roncero of daily AS, Conte has told Roman Abramovich of his desire to add Morata, and the Premier League leaders are willing to offer roughly £51 million for the Spain international.
Conte wanted to sign Morata when he was in charge of Juventus back in 2014, and the striker eventually arrived in Turin after he took the job with the Italian national team.
