Juventus are hoping to capitalise upon Chelsea's struggles by launching a three-pronged move for midfield trio Nemanja Matic, Oscar and Ramires, according to the latest reports.
Italian newspaper Tuttosport claimed the reigning Serie A champions are hoping to take Matic to Turin, and Brazilian pair Oscar and Ramires are also on their 2016 wish list (h/t Metro's Mark Brus).
There are very few players in the Blues squad who could claim to have performed to their full potential this season as Chelsea have plummeted from winning last season's Premier League title to their current place of 14th in the table.
