Chelsea have been relatively quiet so far in the summer transfer window but are now reportedly on the verge of signing young Galatasaray left-back Alex Telles.
The 22-year-old Brazilian looks set to come into the Blues fold as a replacement for Filipe Luis, with the 29-year-old set to return to Atletico Madrid after just a season at Stamford Bridge, per the Guardian's Steve Brenner.
David Amoyal of GianlucaDiMarzio.com reports that Chelsea "are in the final stages" of the negotiations to sign Telles and have beaten off other interested parties, such as Inter Milan and Juventus.
