Chelsea celebrated winning the Premier League title with an open-top bus parade around west London on Bank Holiday Monday.
The Blues capped off an exceptional campaign with a 3-1 win over Sunderland on Sunday before lifting the trophy in front of the Stamford Bridge crowd. But those who weren’t in attendance at the illustrious venue got their opportunity to catch a glimpse of the silverware during the end-of-season parade.
