Chelsea over the past few years have developed a good scouting network in Brazil. Already three Brazilian international play for the senior team at Chelsea – Oscar, Willian and Ramires – while early in May the club had confirmed the signing of Brazilian midfielder Nathan Allan de Souza.
Last week, Brazilian media reported that Fluminense had sanctioned the departure of their young forward Robert Kenedy, who is heading towards the Premier League and his likely destination is Chelsea.
According to Tuttosport, Chelsea have started initial negotiation with Fliminense’s highly rated attacking midfielder Gerson.
